Beautiful Tribute Video

January 5, 2012

I ran across this today and thought it would be appropriate to share since we were looking at Memorial posts on Wednesday. Stay tuned for the story of  George Clayton United States Navy Veteran later this evening.

Tina, this is truly beautiful. The song so haunting. it is incredibly powerful. I hope that you end up with hundreds of thousands of followers, so that folks will think more about the people who protect us and choose the leaders who put them in harms’ way more wisely.

    Thanks for doing this service.

Thank you Elyse. We really do appreciate your support and comments.

I know that some of these videos and stories are difficult to watch/read, but we feel that is so important to keep these images/words in the forefront. People need to be aware of the sacrifices being made on their behalf. The lives of these men and women should be honored. The cost of war should not be overlooked or forgotten.

I used to bawl just listening to this particular song—now with these visuals, I’m just undone.

May all of us welcome home our troops with respect, applause, acts of kindness and all the psychological & physical, economic & educational aid and tools that they need.

    Thank you for this.
